I've always been drawn to finding the meaning in data: looking for the pattern, connecting the pieces, and making something complicated feel clear. These days I bring the same approach to AI. I look at how a team actually spends its week, find the steps that don't need a person doing them by hand, and build the automation or AI partner that takes them over.
I'm a data analyst at CoStar Group, where I build dashboards, AI partners, and the integrations that let them work with live business data. I came to analytics through operations roles, so I've sat on both sides of the table: the person asking for the numbers and the person building the thing that answers. That shapes how I work. I start with the people who'll use it, then design the AI and analytics behind it.
This practice is where I bring that work to businesses that don't have an analytics or AI team of their own. The goal on every project is the same: less busywork, clearer decisions, and a team that's excited about what their data and their tools can do.
